Thank you for your help in fixing my flat tire. Last Friday night (07/23/21) I received an advanced Diagnostic notification from Chevrolet letting me know the passenger side rear tire was flat, so I called GM road site assistance and they sent QUIK TOW (1525 West 2nd Street, Pomona) I was working at Fairplex Fairgrounds. Let me tell you they dispatched the BEST tow truck operator, unfortunately I didn't get his name because I was really stressed out. I explained to him that my car was all electric and for that reason it didn't have a spare tire. He not only went the extra mile to fix my tire but, went above and beyond to fix it so I could get home safe. I'm very impressed with the tow truck operator's attitude towards his job and customers. Highly recommend Quik Tow!!

I picked this company by doing a quick search on Google maps while I was broken down. They answered the phone quickly and ended up giving me a fair price for the tow service. The only reason that I can not give it a full 5 stars is because dispatch ended up giving the driver the wrong address to drop off the vehicle, luckily we were following the driver and were able to correct him. The driver was awesome!
